‘To the most-valuable most-vulnerable!’

In Art’s infrequent Best, things like process and product – past and future – surface and depth – are provisionally reconciled.

Embodied responsiveness here ‘means’ between extremes fideist and scientistic, ‘psychologistic’ and physicalist – voluntarist and determinist.

Contra high-modern senses, manifest Meaning is sometimes oddly Real as it is [hermeneutically] vulnerable.

Seen or heard, my work would help recover sensate contemplation from iconoclasms in and out.

Whether in arts or those of teaching, I’d register Good’s palpability beyond relativist-consumerist preference.

Certain kinds and degrees of accommodation [in and around certain objects] seem to allow a kind of ‘axes-Access’ link.

Proportionately engaged ‘engagements’ – of day w/ night, earth w/ sky, silence w/ sound, fear w/ comfort, custom w/ invention, line w/ color, tone w/ time, ‘in w/ out,’ perception w/ limit – sometimes give way to the ‘non-negligible shareable’ (somewhat as two dimensions beget a third).

The ‘compactly sparse’ – the Couperin largo, Friedrich sepia, Satie, Steichen, Li Bo, Pärt or Shorter ‘etude’ – uniquely relate now-scandalous essence ‘to and through’ a translucent provisionality ‘far between’ mute opacity and [only-informational] faux transparency.

A kind of responsive ‘critical mass’ quietly resists recent dicta on Meaning’s [im]possibility.

Theoretically banished ‘Theoria’ yet Resonates; an oddly Good depth calls to another, to ‘tasting that is seeing’ – asking/seeking/knocking vigilantly vulnerable enough for Value’s emergent abode.

Beyond mere wish, embodied Seeking – including in the sketch/etude – becomes an earnest on the Sought. Its active worth tests the high-mod confusing of Meaning with certainty -and- that diametric to it.

Such ‘resourceful expectancy’ remotely mimics that in early language learning, Socratic dialectic, Black-American ‘aural’ tradition – and understanding-as-depending.
